From your first call to job completion — here's what to expect.
Weekly scheduled visit
Your assigned technician arrives on the same day each week. You don't chase us — we show up. We carry chemicals, test kits, and common spare parts in the van.
Water test and chemical balance
We test pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid (stabiliser) levels using commercial-grade titration kits — not dip strips. Every adjustment is logged.
Physical cleaning
Surface skimming to remove debris, wall and floor brushing to prevent algae attachment, vacuuming, and skimmer and pump basket clearing. We also backwash sand filters or clean cartridge elements as required.
Equipment inspection
Pump running current, filter pressure, chlorinator cell condition, automatic valves, and pool lights are checked on every visit. We flag issues before they become breakdowns — a failing pump seal caught early is a AED 150 fix; a burned-out pump motor caught late is AED 1,200.
