Dubai has two distinct waterproofing seasons. The first runs through summer, when flat roof membranes bake under 55°C radiant heat, expanding and contracting until seams crack and water finds its way in. The second comes in February and March, when 2–3 days of concentrated rainfall turns every undetected weakness into an active leak. By the time you see a damp stain on your bedroom ceiling, the water has usually been sitting behind the wall or under the screed for weeks. We survey, locate, and seal leaks using the right membrane system for your specific situation — whether that's a bitumen torch-on system for a large flat roof or a flexible liquid membrane for a bathroom wet area.

From your first call to job completion — here's what to expect.
Site survey and leak tracing
We locate the source — not just the visible symptom. A wet ceiling in a bedroom often means the leak entry point is several metres away on the roof or balcony.
Surface preparation
All cracks are cleaned, old failed membrane is removed where necessary, and the substrate is dried and primed before any new waterproofing material is applied.
Membrane application
We apply the appropriate system — bitumen torch-on, polyurea spray, or cementitious membrane depending on the surface and exposure conditions. Each layer is applied to the specified thickness.
Curing and protection
The membrane is allowed to cure fully before any foot traffic or finishes are applied over it. Rushing this stage is the primary reason waterproofing fails prematurely.
Final water test
We flood-test flat roofs and balconies after application. Only once we're satisfied there is no penetration do we hand the job back.
