Site assessment and brief

Material selection and quote

We prepare a detailed scope of work with itemised pricing. For tiles and sanitaryware, we can supply or advise where to source from Dragon Mart or other suppliers to fit your budget.

Schedule and phasing

Renovations in occupied homes require planning. We phase the work to minimise disruption — completing wet trades first, then dry, then decorative finishes in a logical sequence.

Supervised execution

A site supervisor is present throughout the project. All trades are employed by us, not subcontracted — we take responsibility for the quality of every stage.

Snagging and handover

Before we declare a project complete, we carry out a thorough snagging inspection and fix every item on the list. You should receive a home in genuinely finished condition, not one where you spot new problems the week after we leave.
