How We Work
From your first call to job completion — here's what to expect.
Pre-inspection
We assess tank size, access points, and current condition. If the float valve or inlet pipe shows damage, we flag it before we start.
Drain and isolate
The tank is fully drained and isolated from the supply line. We coordinate water-off timing with you in advance — typically a 2–4 hour window.
Manual scrub and pressure wash
The interior walls, base, and any internal fittings are scrubbed by hand and pressure washed to remove all sediment, biofilm, and scale.
Disinfection treatment
We apply an approved chlorine-based disinfectant solution at the correct concentration, allow the specified contact time, then fully flush the residual.
Refill, test, and certify
Water is restored, a quality check is carried out, and we issue the official Municipality completion certificate on the same day.
