How We Started
When MAN Technical Services started in Dubai in 2013, the maintenance industry here had a specific problem: most companies were middlemen. You called a number, they took your details, they called someone else, and a stranger you knew nothing about turned up. If the work was bad, the person who sold you the job was suddenly very hard to reach.
We built something that operated differently. Every technician who comes to your door is a MAN Technical employee — not a freelancer picked from a pool, not a sub-contractor. Background-checked, trained, covered by our insurance. Every van is ours. If something goes wrong after a job, you call the same number and we come back. No deflection, no "that was a different team." That's the only model we've ever operated.
We started in JVC and The Springs with a small crew and one van. The team has grown steadily since, covering 90+ Dubai communities. Most of our work comes from the same clients coming back — which, in the Dubai maintenance industry, is genuinely unusual.

Licences & Credentials
Every licence listed below is verifiable with the relevant Dubai authority. We operate under full legal compliance — not as a general contractor with subcontracted specialists.
Electrical Work
Electrical work is carried out to the standard the trade requires. Certification in the UAE is a formal process with examinations and periodic renewal, and it cannot be self-declared — so ask any contractor for the paperwork before work starts.
Paperwork You Keep
Every job comes with the scope, the price and the invoice in writing. That is the record you need if you later rent the property out, sell it, or have to show building management what was done.
Water Tank Cleaning
Tank cleaning ends with a written completion record you can hand to building management: what was drained, what was used, and when the tank went back into service. The same record covers residential and commercial tanks.
If Something Goes Wrong
Raise it with us directly and we come back and deal with it. Everything is written down before work starts, so there is a record of what was agreed, what was quoted, and what was actually done.
Why this matters:Dubai's maintenance market has a large number of unlicensed operators. An unlicensed electrician working in your home creates a liability that falls on you — not them — if something goes wrong. Always ask a contractor for their documentation before work begins, and check that it matches the quote.
Our History in Dubai
Started in JVC and The Springs with a small crew and one van.
Electrical work joined the service list after clients kept asking for it.
Launched AMC contracts after a Marina landlord asked us to manage maintenance for his 9 apartments. That one client became our template for B2B.
Water tank cleaning became a standing service, and by this point we were working in 50+ communities.
Expanded the fleet and coverage across the emirate.
Still covering 90+ communities. JVC and The Springs remain our busiest areas.
