Active water leak

Locate the closest isolation valve (under sink, behind toilet, or at your apartment's main stopcock) and turn it off

Move electrical items away from the wet area

Place towels or buckets to contain spread

Call us — tell us the building name and which floor you're on
Complete power loss

Check your distribution board (DB) — a tripped MCB will be in the 'off' position. If it's warm to the touch, do not attempt to reset it and call us immediately

If a single MCB has tripped, try resetting it once. If it trips again, leave it and call us

If all MCBs are in the 'on' position but you have no power, the fault may be at building level — check with building management before calling us

Never touch exposed wiring or open a DB panel yourself

Check the indoor unit's circuit breaker — it may have tripped
