We charge a nominal inspection fee of AED 150, which is waived in full when you proceed with the repair or service. If you choose not to proceed after the diagnosis, you pay only the AED 150 for the technician's time and assessment. No hidden charges, no pressure.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?

Yes. All our maintenance and repair services come with a workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period due to our work, we return and fix it at no charge. Parts are covered as per the manufacturer's warranty terms. The warranty period varies by service — ask your technician at the time of the job.

For most of the communities we serve, our average arrival time is 30–60 minutes for emergency call-outs. We keep technicians stationed across Dubai rather than dispatching from a single depot, which means we're often already near you. For planned maintenance bookings, we offer specific time-slot appointments.

Do your technicians carry ID and wear uniforms?

Yes. All our technicians wear MAN Technical Services uniforms and carry company photo ID. Our service vans are also marked. If you're ever unsure about a technician at your door claiming to be from our team, call our main number to verify before letting anyone in.

Do you use sub-contractors for any work?

Accepted Answer

No. Every person who comes to your home is a full-time, directly employed MAN Technical Services technician — background checked, trained by us, and covered by our insurance. We never use freelancers or sub-contractors. This is one of the things our returning customers value most: the same quality every time, because it's always our own team.

What are your payment methods?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger renovation projects, we agree a payment schedule upfront and document it in the job agreement.

What should I do if I have an active water leak right now?

Accepted Answer

First, locate and close the nearest shut-off valve — usually under the sink, behind the toilet, or at the main water inlet to your apartment (often near the front door or in a utility cupboard). This will stop or reduce the flow while you wait for us. Then call us immediately at +971 56 181 0106. Do not ignore an active leak — water damage spreads quickly in apartment buildings and you can be held liable for damage to units below.

My power has tripped and won't reset — what do I do?

Go to your Distribution Board (DB box) — usually in a cupboard near the front door or kitchen — and check which MCB (circuit breaker) has tripped to the OFF position. Try switching it back to ON. If it immediately trips again, do not keep resetting it — this indicates a live fault. Switch off the main breaker for that circuit and call us. Repeatedly resetting a tripping breaker can cause overheating or a fire.

How do I know if my AC needs a service versus a repair?

A service (cleaning, filter wash, coil check) is recommended every 3–6 months in Dubai to maintain efficiency and air quality. Signs you need a repair rather than a service: the unit is blowing warm air despite running, there's water dripping from the indoor unit, you hear unusual grinding or rattling noises, or the unit switches itself off mid-cycle. If you're not sure, we can diagnose on the spot and let you know — the inspection fee is AED 150, waived if you proceed.
