Look, if you're on a Palm frond villa and need waterproofing done right, you're looking at AED 40 to 75 per square foot for marine-grade materials. That's not cheap, but cheap stuff won't last six months in this salt air — I've seen it peel off like dead skin. A typical Garden Home roof or terrace job runs you around AED 8,000 to AED 14,000, depending on access and how many layers we're stripping off. Signature Villas with those big flat roofs can push AED 25,000 or more. Timing wise, don't expect us to finish in a day. A full roof membrane application takes 3 to 5 working days minimum, including flood testing. We're not rushing it — that's how leaks happen. The process: we strip the old coating, pressure wash, let it dry for at least 24 hours (the humidity here is brutal), then apply primer and two coats of liquid rubber or polyurethane. One honest caveat: if your original Nakheel-built AC condensers are the Carrier or York units from 2006–2008, we can't waterproof around them without risking corrosion damage.
