Hills Grove isn't a standard villa job. These are custom-built mansions on big plots, and no two are plumbed the same — you can't assume the plant room sits where the last one did, or that the overflow is gravity-fed. We're often hunting valves behind Stone-clad walls on the Street of Dreams, and the first visit is really an assessment before we can quote properly. A standard pool runs AED 350–450 a month.
