Morella villas aren't standard stock. The pools here are bigger, often infinity-edge, and many run dosing automation and salt chlorination that a basic villa setup doesn't have. So a fixed weekly visit still works, but the visit itself takes longer — you're testing with titration kits for pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid, then balancing, and the salt cell needs cleaning on its own schedule. A standard pool sits at AED 350–450/month. An infinity-edge with automation gets quoted after I've actually seen the plant room, because dosing controllers and valve manifolds change the whole job. Salt cells run AED 800–1,800 and last 3–5 years.

The other thing nobody warns you about is the golf course. Turf aerosols and irrigation overspray drift over the boundary walls and land on everything, including AC outdoor units. That contamination shows up faster here than on a normal residential street.

And these villas were built around 2010–2013. The infrastructure is hitting that renewal phase — AC compressors, water heaters, plumbing joints. If you're in Castellana or Roma and your pool pump is drawing higher current than it should, that's usually the first sign something else is due too. We don't guess at it.
