Painting in Victory Heights

It's not just dirt; it's a gritty film that eats into paint if you don't prep right. I always use a high-build primer on those facades to seal it. And the compound security is strict—I've got to register my van with the guardhouse every morning, which adds 15 minutes to my day. The community's well-maintained, but the 2010–2014 build means some paint is failing after 12 years of Dubai's summer heat. I've had to strip and repaint entire feature walls in Roma because the original contractor used cheap emulsion. It's a premium area, but that doesn't mean the first paint job was done right.

Look, I've painted dozens of villas in Victory Heights — Morella, Castellana, Roma, all of 'em. For a standard 4-bedroom villa interior, you're looking at AED 9 to AED 13 per square foot. Exterior work runs AED 13 to AED 17, but don't bother with that between June and September — the paint won't cure right in that heat, and you'll be sweltering. We'll use anti-mould paint in bathrooms and kitchens, no extra charge. You'll need to clear the rooms we're working in, and we'll cover the rest. One honest limitation: we don't move heavy furniture like wardrobes or pool tables — you'll need to handle that or hire a mover.
