Painting in The Villa Community

I've painted a lot of villas in The Villa Community, and let me tell you, it's nothing like a standard apartment or even a typical villa. The biggest difference is the sheer amount of exterior work. Look, if you're in The Villa — Alicante, Barcelona, whatever cluster — you're looking at AED 8 to 14 per square foot for interior work, and AED 12 to 18 for the exterior. That's for a standard 3-bedroom villa, not including those high ceilings in the living room or any tricky feature walls. We usually quote on the lower end for a straightforward repaint, but if you've got mould in the bathrooms or need anti-mould paint for the humid areas, that'll push it up closer to AED 14. The whole job takes about 5 to 7 working days for a full interior, but we're honest: it can stretch if the paint needs extra coats over darker existing colors.
