For move-out repaints, owners are trying to get their full deposit back from the landlord, so we're talking about fixing 47 nail holes and touching up skirting boards that show every scuff. It's pricier than a normal apartment job—around AED 9 per square foot—but it's the only way to get it right for these high-end towers.

For a 1-bedroom apartment in Palazzo Versace Residences, we're charging between AED 7 and AED 12 per square foot for interior walls and ceilings.
