Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Renovation in Dubai

Kitchen and bathroom refits, flooring, partitions and whole-home refurbishments, run by one team from first walk-through to snagging.

Dubai's property market rewards well-presented homes. Whether you're a landlord increasing rental yield before re-listing, a tenant personalising a space you plan to stay in for years, or a homeowner undertaking a full villa transformation, the quality of the finish determines how you feel about the property every single day. We take on renovation projects across Dubai, from compact bathroom upgrades in JVC apartments to full villa refurbishments in Emirates Hills. What sets us apart from most renovation contractors in Dubai is that we project-manage the entire job — one point of contact, one timeline, no coordinating between separate trades on your behalf. Our team includes tilers, carpenters, painters, plumbers, and electricians all under one roof.

Renovation is one of nine trades covered by our Dubai home maintenance service — the same directly employed team handles all of them.

What our renovation service covers

A renovation is several trades in sequence. These are the kinds of projects we take on, from a single room to a full property.

Kitchen refits

New cabinets and worktops, re-planned layouts, splashbacks and the plumbing and electrical changes that come with moving a sink, hob or appliance.

Bathroom refits

Stripping out, new waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware, shower enclosures and vanity units — the parts of a bathroom that have to be done in the right order to last.

Flooring

Porcelain and ceramic tiles, engineered wood and laminate, including removing old flooring and levelling the surface underneath before anything new goes down.

Partitions, ceilings and joinery

Gypsum partitions and false ceilings, re-planning rooms, built-in wardrobes and storage, and closing up or opening out spaces within what the building allows.

Rental and resale refreshes

Bringing a tired property up to standard between tenants or before a sale: the rooms that matter most to a viewer, done without turning it into a full project.

Reasons people renovate

A kitchen that works against you

Worn cabinet doors and hinges, worktops that are damaged at the joints, too little storage or a layout that puts the fridge, sink and hob in each other's way.

A bathroom that leaks or never looks clean

Cracked tiles, failing grout and sealant, or water reaching the floor below. When a bathroom is leaking, fixing the waterproofing properly usually means the tiles come up anyway — which is when a refit makes sense.

Re-letting or selling

Updating the finishes buyers and tenants notice first — kitchen fronts, bathroom fittings, flooring and paint — without spending on things they will not see.

The space no longer fits

A study needed where a storeroom is, a wall that splits a living area, or storage that was never designed in. These changes need checking against building and community rules before any planning.

What You Can Expect

  • Full Project Management
  • High-End Finishing

How We Work

From your first call to job completion — here's what to expect.

1

Site assessment and brief

We walk the space with you, understand your priorities, your budget constraints, and your timeline. We don't start design until we understand what you actually need.

2

Material selection and quote

We prepare a detailed scope of work with itemised pricing. For tiles and sanitaryware, we can supply or advise where to source from Dragon Mart or other suppliers to fit your budget.

3

Schedule and phasing

Renovations in occupied homes require planning. We phase the work to minimise disruption — completing wet trades first, then dry, then decorative finishes in a logical sequence.

4

Supervised execution

A site supervisor is present throughout the project. All trades are employed by us, not subcontracted — we take responsibility for the quality of every stage.

5

Snagging and handover

Before we declare a project complete, we carry out a thorough snagging inspection and fix every item on the list. You should receive a home in genuinely finished condition, not one where you spot new problems the week after we leave.

Before the first site visit

Renovation quotes are only as good as the brief behind them.

  • Which rooms are included, and what you want to keep.
  • Photos or examples of finishes you like.
  • Your budget range and any date the work has to be finished by.
  • Whether you own the property, or need the landlord's NOC as a tenant.
  • Your building or community's renovation rules: working hours, deposits, permits.
