Painting in The Lakes — Hattan

Painting in Hattan isn't like painting a regular villa in The Springs. You're dealing with near-20-year-old infrastructure in premium homes that need special care. The biggest difference? The lake proximity. I've seen balcony railings corrode twice as fast here as in The Meadows — it's the constant humidity and salt in the air. Last month I quoted a job in Hattan 2 where the outdoor sockets were completely rusted through; we had to use anti-mould paint on three walls before even touching the interior. Another thing — these villas have huge feature walls and trim work that standard painters mess up.
