Here's my limitation: if your compound has one shared pump room and nobody wants to fund filter sand replacement, I can't fix green water with chemicals alone. It'll come back.
How Pool Maintenance Works in These Properties

Shared compound pools serving 4–20 villas get quoted as one split agreement, not per house — Villanova and Mudon owners often save real money that way, though it needs the neighbours to actually agree, which is where most of these plans stall.
Each visit runs 45–60 minutes for a standard villa pool. We test pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid with titration kits, balance the water, skim, brush walls and floor, vacuum, clear the skimmer and pump baskets, backwash the sand filter or clean cartridges, check pump current and filter pressure, and inspect valves and lights.
