Umm Suqeim 2 isn't one kind of property, and that's the whole problem. You'll get a 1990s villa off the Umm Suqeim Park side with a small pool and an old sand filter, then a newer Kite Beach-side build with a salt cell and automatic valves, all within a few streets. The old pools here lose water to evaporation fast — I've measured 3.5cm in a day on an uncovered pool in August — so cyanuric acid climbs and free chlorine stops working. Shared compound pools are the other job. When 6 or 12 villas share one pool, nobody wants to own the bill. We test with titration kits — pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid — then balance, skim, brush walls and floor, vacuum, clear the skimmer and pump baskets, and check pump current and filter pressure. Salt cells get cleaned and salt checked. You'll get a WhatsApp report after every visit with before and after readings.

Here's the honest part: if your pool's green, one visit won't fix it. Shock treatment takes a few days of repeat dosing, and a full drain and acid wash is a separate job with a refill.
