Water Tank Cleaning in Dubai Silicon Oasis

Dubai Silicon Oasis is a weird mix, and that's why water tank cleaning here is different from what we do in a standard villa in Jumeirah or a regular apartment in Marina. You've got Cedre Villas and Semmer Villas right next to mid-rise apartment blocks, and the building ages range from 2007 to 2015. That means we're dealing with both rooftop tanks for the apartments and underground tanks for the villas. The underground ones? They're a pain because they're usually cramped, hot, and you can't get good airflow, especially in the summer when it's 45°C outside. The apartments, especially near Silicon Gate and Semmer Villas, usually run AED 400 to AED 600 for an underground tank. It takes us about 45 to 90 minutes per tank, maybe two hours if the solenoid valve is seized or we've got to scrub heavy sediment from the generator exhaust settling on the tank walls — that's a real issue here, more than in other areas. The process is straightforward: we drain it, scrub the walls with a long-handled brush, disinfect with Municipality-approved chemicals, and flush it. We check the valve and give you a compliance certificate. One honest limitation: we can't always get rooftop access on the same day if the building management is slow with keys — that's a tower access rule issue, not our timing. We'll get it done, but you'll need to plan around that.
