A single bathroom takes 3-4 weeks, but a full villa needs 8-12 weeks—longer if we're coordinating with DEWA for meter upgrades or dealing with summer heat that slows concrete curing. The process starts with a site survey to check your villa's phase—earlier Arabella 1 units (2015) have older drainage stacks, so if you're semi-detached, we'll need neighbour access to avoid surprises. Honest caveat: don't expect RTA parking permits for work vans—Mudon's community rules are strict, and we can't always park on the street.
