We often deal with chipped skirting where infrastructure repairs have disturbed walls. You can't just slap a coat on and call it done — we're checking for moisture behind the paint first.

One honest limitation: if your villa's AC outdoor unit is on the racecourse side, that fine particulate will keep infiltrating. We can't fix that — it's a design issue. The process?
