Here's the honest limitation: we can't guarantee the work if you don't clear your gutters and AC units before we start. Green Community's heavy leaf fall clogs everything, and if we seal a roof but the drainage is blocked by leaves, water will still find a way in. We'll do the prep work for an extra AED 500 to 800, but you'll save money if you handle it yourself.
